Did you know that pending home sales rose in April for the fifth straight month and reached their highest level in five years? This is due in part to REALTORS® this spring working hard on behalf of their clients in a demanding market. The pending home sales index has now increased year-over-year for five consecutive months and is at its highest level since April 2010.
